Welcome to Advenuss. By joining our platform as an certified immigration expert (consultant, migration agent, lawyer, paralegal in the province of Ontario only, etc.), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Introduction

Advenuss is a platform that connects individuals with certified immigration experts. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Advenuss app, website and services as a certified immigration expert.

2. Eligibility

To become a consultant on Advenuss, you must:

    •   Be a qualified immigration consultant, migration agent, lawyer, or paralegal only in the province of Ontario with the necessary certifications and licenses as required by the jurisdiction you operate in.

    •   Provide accurate and complete information about your qualifications and experience.

    •   Comply with all relevant local, state, provincial and federal laws and regulations.

3. Services

As a consultant and immigration expert, you agree to provide professional immigration consultation services to clients using the Advenuss platform. You agree to:

    •   Provide accurate, honest, and professional advice.

    •   Maintain confidentiality of client information.

    •   Conduct consultations via video, phone, or chat as agreed with the client.

4. Compensation

Consultants will retain 75% of the fees charged for their services. Advenuss will handle all payment processing and ensure timely payments to consultants.

5. Work Environment

Consultants are responsible for having a suitable work environment to provide consultation services, including necessary equipment and internet access.

6. Multilingual Support

Advenuss offers support in English, French, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese. Consultants will have to specify the languages they can offer services in.

7. Registration and Fees

• Canada: Must be a licensed lawyer in one of the 10 provinces or 3 territories of Canada and in good standing with your college or law society OR be a paralegal in the province of Ontario only OR be a member in good standing with “The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants” (CICC).

• England: Must be a lawyer in immigration and can be found on solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk and be registered under the solicitors regulatory authority and you can be found on sra.org.uk with a Valid SRA ID OR be an immigration adviser in the UK with the office of the Immigration services comm OISC-Level 3.

• Australia: Must be a migration agent and you ca be found under www.mara.gov.au OR be an immigration lawyer in good standing with your law society or college in your province/territory. If you are under a law society or college, you must contact Advenuss with proofs which can be used for verification.

• Quebec: Must be a member of the Barreau du Quebec https://barreaudequebec.ca/ OR be a member of the college of immigration and citizenship consultant of Canada (CICC) OR be a consultant in immigration in Quebec and can be found on https://www.quebec.ca/immigration/consultants-immigration/trouver-consultant

• U.S.A.: Must be a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association(AILA), in good standing and can be found on their website www.ailalawyer.com OR be a member of the law society of your state or college, and in good standing. For this, You will have to contact Advenuss and explain with proofs.

8. Termination

Advenuss reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms, unethical behavior, or legal requirements.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Consultants must adhere to all applicable data protection laws. Any personal information obtained through the Advenuss platform must be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Advenuss app, website and services are owned by Advenuss. You are not allowed to use any intellectual property or content for personal, private and commercial purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Advenuss platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

12. Amendments

Advenuss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to consultants, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Jurisdiction. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in your jurisdiction.
